Twitter banner templates: blank, 1500×500

Download a blank Twitter banner at the exact size X recommends, then design on top of it in whatever you already use. There's no sign-in and no watermark, because there's nothing to sign in to: these are plain PNG files.

The guide is the useful one. It shows where your profile photo covers the banner, so your name or logo doesn't end up underneath it.

Blank white banner: 1500×500 PNG, for light designs.

Blank black banner: 1500×500 PNG, for dark designs.

Banner with guides: the same size, with the photo corner and a safe band marked.

Transparent guide overlay: put it on the top layer while you work, then delete it before you export.

How to use one

1. Open it in your editor. Canva, Figma, Photoshop and most free editors can open a PNG. Set it as the bottom layer, or start a custom 1500×500 canvas and drop it in.

2. Add the overlay. Put the transparent guide on top and lock it. Keep faces, names and words inside the blue band and out of the orange corner.

3. Export without the guide. Hide the overlay, export a PNG or JPG at 1500×500, and upload it in Edit profile on X. Check it on your phone as well as your computer.

Rather not design it yourself?
